摘要

调研欧洲、北美、澳洲、亚洲、非洲发达国家具有代表性的网络资源采集项目，深入剖析其网络采集信息的服务特征（服务对象、服务方式、问题及策略等），介绍我国网络资源采集项目采取的服务形式，提出丰富信息发现与展示服务、提供个性化服务和信息增值服务等建议，希望为我国的网络资源采集信息服务提供借鉴。

Abstract

This paper investigates the representative web archive projects in Europe, North America, Australia, Asia, as well as developed countries in Africa, analyses their service features of web archived information in-depth like service object, service modes, issues and strategies, etc., introduces the service form taken by web archive projects in China, proposes suggestions such as enriching information search and display services, providing personalized service and value-added information services, hoping to provide a reference for the WA information service in China.
