摘要

针对高校图书馆社会化服务的理论研究缺乏系统性、完整性与深入性和实践推进过程中服务内容和对象单一、管理限制等问题，从政策法规、传统思想、动力机制、激励体制、条块分割、文献资源、成本增长、馆舍设备和人力技术9个角度对制约高校图书馆社会化服务因素或障碍进行系统剖析，从而为高校图书馆社会化服务推进和可持续发展指明努力方向。

关键词： 高校图书馆; 社会化服务; 制约因素

Abstract

Considering the current theory study of the socialization of university library service lack of systematic, complete, and thorough research，and the problems of single service content and the confined management in the practice，this paper systematically analyzed the difficulties and obstacles in the socialized service in university libraries in nine aspects, including policies and regulations, traditional thought, dynamic mechanism, incentive system, compartmentalization, literature resources, increase in the cost, equipment building, and human resource and technology, so as to provide the direction for the promotion and the sustainable development of the socialized service of university libraries.
