According to the problem of the low linked level of bibliographic data, the paper conducts a survey and analyses the status of bibliographic data service from the aspects of search results, FRBR polymerization, link of resources and service, correlation with knowledge organization system in the libraries of universities of “211 Project”. Then it elaborates advantages of D2R in the application of linked bibliographic data services from two aspects of technology and data organization. In the end, this paper constructs a applied analysis from perspectives of system design and detailed design, in hope to provide a reference for the fusion of bibliographic data and other data and promote bibliographic data services being embedded function.
