依据网络信息生态系统生态化程度测度指标体系，结合电子政务网络平台特征，析出政务网络平台信息生态化程度测度指标体系。通过网络平台内容分析、问卷调查及管理者访谈等方法获取数据，对某省政府廉政网络平台的信息生态化程度进行测度，基于测度结果发现该平台存在信息质量、信息人、信息环境、系统协同、可持续发展五大方面存在缺陷。针对缺陷提出优化策略，构建该廉政网络信息生态系统的优化模型。

According to the index system of ecological degree for the network information ecosystem, combined with the feature of e-government network platform, this paper puts forward the precipitation of the index system of ecological degree for the network platform of government. The authors obtain data through website platform content analysis, user surveys and interview of administrators, et al. Based on the measurement results, the authors find that the platform has five defects of information, information person, information environment, the system coordination and the system sustainable development. So the authors construct an optimization model for the network platform of government.
