CRP系统是以高校教育教学为核心，以ISO9000架构为流程总线的校园资源计划，其功能模块之一是图书馆子系统。分析当今高校图书馆运行机制中存在的突出问题，提出在CRP系统下，高校图书馆可以通过以用户为中心的业务流程重组，层级组织的扁平化、无界化、可视化，动态的全馆资源管理以及对馆员客观、量化、自动化的绩效考核等途径，融入CRP系统，实现高校图书馆运行机制的创新变革。

The CRP System is a campus resources plan, which takes higher education and teaching as the core and ISO9000 framework as the process. One of its functions is library sub-system. The main problems in current library operation mechanism are analyzed. The paper proposes that, under the CRP system, the university library can be integrated into the CRP system through many approaches, which include user-centric business process reorganization,the flattening, unbounded, and visualization of the hierarchical organization dynamic resource management as well as objective, quantifiable and automated performance appraisal,to achieve innovation and change of operating mechanism of the university library.
