摘要

通过对高校图书馆员的问卷调查，了解他们对图书馆战略规划的重要性、规划流程、组织机构、内外部影响因素、规划文本组成、规划时长等要素的认识。总结高校图书馆在开展战略规划实践中应强化馆员的战略意识、制定科学的规划流程、成立专门的组织机构、鼓励多元参与、关注多元的影响因素及编制规范的规划文本等启示，以期为我国高校图书馆战略规划的制定提供借鉴。

Abstract

In order to understand the librarians' views on the university library's strategic planning, in terms of the importance of strategic planning, planning procedure, organizations, the internal and external factors, the elements of panning documents, the planning time frame and so on, a questionnaire survey was carried out to get the conclusion that the university libraries should enhance the awareness of strategic planning of librarians work out scientific planning procedure and set up a special organization for strategic planning, encourage multi-participation, pay attention to the diverse influencing factors and draft standard planning documents. The authors expect to provide reference for the university library strategic planning in China.
