通过对影响外文原版书价格的各种因素以及对外文原版书供应商报价政策进行分析，探讨图书馆外文图书采购人员如何利用有限的外文图书经费采购有价值图书，以最大限度地满足读者需求，同时遵循市场规律，给外文图书供应商留出合理的利润空间，以期得到更好的服务。认为图书馆和外文图书供应商既是具有不同经济利益的博弈者，又是图书从生产方走向使用方的合作者，双方的目标都是为满足读者需求。因此应该为长期合作而努力，实现共赢。

Given the circumstances of high price and limited fund, purchase-decision is of great importance for library personnel to meet the demand of readers. Here we analyzed various factors that influence the price of original foreign language books, as well as the policy of the foreign language book supplier. The analysis is to provide useful reference for wise purchasing of original foreign language books. At the same time, the libraries should give a reasonable profit margin to the foreign language book supplier, in order to get better service. The libraries and the foreign language book suppliers represent different economic interests, but they are the partner of foreign language books which from producers to user, both sides are in the works to meet the needs of the readers. Therefore, they should strive for long-term cooperation, to achieve a win-win situation.
