摘要

首先,综合访谈法和文献分析法,研究并设计移动图书馆用户需求的评估指标体系;然后,以南京大学全体师生为研究对象,对各个指标的重要性和满意度进行问卷调查,并以独立配点法对重要性和满意度进行加权评分计算;最后,在QFD理论指导下,采用质量屋形式,通过小组讨论挖掘质量技术特性,综合考虑质量特性的相对权重和技术难度,确定用户关注度较高的需求项,从而寻求到提升移动图书馆服务质量及用户满意度的快捷通道。

Abstract

Firstly, by integrating interview and literature review, this paper designs the users' demands evaluation system of mobile libraries. Then taking Nanjing University as the research object, it investigates the importance and satisfaction of each indicator, and puts different weights on them with Independent Collocation method. Finally, based on QFD and HOQ(house of quality), it finds out quality-technology characteristics by group discussion, integrates the relative weights and technical difficulty of quality characteristics, determines demand items that the users concern, to seek to a fast channel to enhance mobile library's service quality and users' satisfaction.
