摘要

在对75所教育部直属高校图书馆学科化服务现状进行网络调查的基础上，分析目前我国高校图书馆学科化服务发展中存在的一些问题；构建一套高校图书馆学科化服务保障机制，包括管理机制、人才队伍建设机制、营销机制、经费机制等，以期促进高校图书馆学科化服务健康可持续发展。

Abstract

Based on the online survey of subject services of 75 key university libraries in China, this paper analyzes the current problems of subject services of university libraries. Then it attempts to establish a set of guarantee mechanism, which mainly includes aspects of management system, talent, funds and marketing, to safeguard the health and sustainable development of the university library subject services.
