The majority published achievements in scientific collaboration network are based on the single source of one literature database, and cannot response the status of scientific collaboration comprehensively and completely. This paper presents a new analysis method based on multi-data-sources through node weight fusion and edge weight fusion in the way of author contribution, collaboration times, collaboration strength and collaboration effect. The empirical research shows that the proposed method can response the status of scientific collaboration more comprehensively and completely than based on single source.
