This paper takes 61 samples from purchase agreements signed by Digital Resource Acquisition Alliance of Chinese Academic Libraries (DRAA), and makes text content analysis. It recommends that it is necessary to template the terms of purchase agreement, or template the license agreement before negotiation, to safeguard the reasonable rights of libraries and their users to an extreme. It also proposes to consider what impact the signed agreement does the library future development in multi-angle.
