摘要

分析国内外机构知识库建设的实践研究现状,借鉴彼此的发展经验,结合国内高校机构知识库建设基础,提出将其与高校其他管理平台关联的用户交流互动服务理念,以期将机构知识库建设成为数字校园的信息枢纽.认为应以个人科研助理、团队协同平台、机构知识仓储作为机构知识库的拓展功能,在提供比较完善的科研协同服务、学科知识服务、个性化服务的同时,实现科研过程成果和灰色文献的自动存档,确保机构知识库资源的可持续自动增长,提升机构的学术影响力和核心竞争力.

Abstract

Through the analysis of domestic and foreign institutional repository practices, learning from the advanced development experience, combined with domestic university institutional repository's infrastructure, it puts forward the user interaction service concept to association with other university management platforms, and IR will become an information hub of digital campus. And playing as the personal research assistant, research team collaborative platform and institutional knowledge storage as the expansion of the IR service function, it will provide more perfect research collaborative services, discipline knowledge service, personalized service, and automatic archiving process research results and gray literature as well, which could ensure sustainable growth of IR resources to enhance academic influence and core competitiveness of institutions.
