摘要

专利指标分析是核心专利识别与评价过程中使用最广、研究最深入的方法之一,然而目前在使用指标时缺乏对指标效力的考量.通过对国内核心专利指标的使用现状进行总结,指出存在的问题与不足,综合评述国内外有关专利指标效力的研究结果并客观分析现有指标的意义,为核心专利的挖掘、专利评价与资源的有效利用提供参考.

Abstract

Patent indicator analysis is one of the most widely-used and in-depth studied method for core patent identification and evaluation.Considering the lack of research on the efficiency of core patent indicator,this paper introduces the status of core patent research in China and analyzes the problems and deficiency.It makes a full review on the research results on patent indicator efficiency and objectively analyzes the significance of existing indicators.It would be useful in mining core patents,evaluating patents and effectively using patent resources.
