摘要

[目的/意义] 分析图书馆资源与服务在推广中存在的问题,进而提出可行的策略,试图为升级优化图书馆服务的宣传推广提供一些参考。[方法/过程] 选取13所具有代表性的图书馆进行考察,通过互联网访问各图书馆主页,分析统计各图书馆应用新媒体技术作服务推广的现状,提出其中存在的问题,并结合新媒体技术的发展提出适合图书馆应用的宣传推广策略。[结果/结论] 通过调研,发现所调研的图书馆存在以下3个问题:图书馆宣传推广不足、新媒体技术的应用浮于表面、利用新媒体技术进行图书馆宣传推广模式仍有待开发。基于上述问题,提出以下策略:开发基于新媒介应用平台的在线活动,提升图书馆品牌的认知度;充分利用现有新媒体技术应用于图书馆服务推广的能力;跟踪技术发展动态,扩展新媒体技术应用的模式。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] This paper was aimed to find out problems existed in the promotion of library resources and service and suggest appropriate strategies for library promotion for reference further. [Method/process] Service promotion of 13 respective libraries was investigated through websites visit to reveal the current condition and problems of library promotion with new media technologies. Strategies for library promotions were suggested with consider of the development of new media technologies. [Result/conclusion] Three deficiencies were found among 13 libraries investigated in respect of library promotion. The service promotion for library is general lack and has not made full use of new media. The existing promotions pattern need to be improved. Based on problems above, this paper suggests that online activities based on new media should be developed in order to obtain better brand awareness. Fully utilize of new media technology and combine of varied new technologies were also efficient strategies for library service promotion.
