知识链视角下嵌入式知识服务构成体系框架研究——以公安行业领域为例

摘要

[目的/意义] 结合公安行业领域知识服务的实践,探讨知识链视角下的嵌入式知识服务体系,尝试在依赖嵌入式知识服务平台之"傻瓜式"工具的基础上,改变行业领域一线人员的实务操作习惯,增强知识管理领域以及情报分析领域之学科情报服务人员的职业自信与职业价值。[方法/过程] 从知识资源链和人力资源链角度,分析知识链视角下面向公安行业领域的嵌入式知识服务的构成框架及知识服务内容,通过知识获取、知识整理、知识重组、知识分析、知识关联、知识咨询等环环紧扣的知识链条,将知识资源优势转化为决策优势与情报竞争优势,从而提出知识仓储嵌入服务、知识挖掘嵌入服务、知识决策嵌入服务之"融入一线,嵌入过程"的知识服务模式。[结果/结论] 面向行业领域的嵌入式知识服务突破了图书馆学服务领域和服务范围的瓶颈,针对行业图书馆、学科专业信息服务机构及科研决策部门依托"傻瓜式"平台开展贯穿行业领域实务操作全过程的嵌入式知识服务进行了新的尝试与探索。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Combined with the practice oriented with public security industry, this paper discusses the system construction of embedded knowledge service from the perspective of knowledge chain, trying to rely on the fool tool of embedded knowledge service platform, change the practice operation habit of the frontline staff of industry practitioners in order to enhance self-confidence and professional values of subject information service personnels in knowledge management areas and intelligence analysis professions. [Method/process] From the point of view of knowledge resources chain and human resources chain, analyzes the the framework and content of the embedded knowledge service constitute from knowledge chain perspective facing public security field.Through knowledge acquisition, knowledge reorganization, knowledge restructuring, knowledge analysis, knowledge link, knowledge consulting chain, knowledge resource advantage could be changed into competition and intelligence decision-making advantages,and the embedded services of knowledge storage, knowledge mining and knowledge strategic decision of "integrating into the front and embedding process" will be carried out.[Result/conclusion] Embedded knowledge service in the field of industry breakthroughs the bottleneck of service fields and service range of library science. It is a new attempt and exploration for the industry library, professional disciplines information service institutions and the decision-making project departments to carry out embedded knowledge service relying on "fool" platform in the whole process of industry practice.
