摘要

[目的/意义] 探索中国本土情境下高校图书馆服务创新要素及其机理。[方法/过程] 通过案例研究法和内容分析法,从创新主体、创新类型、创新动力、创新绩效、创新周期、创新保障6个方面分析首届全国高校图书馆服务创新案例大赛的32个获奖案例。[结果/结论] 总结图书馆服务创新的基本要素与特征,构建一个由核心要素、内部驱动力、外部驱动力和保障机制所构成的图书馆服务创新系统理论模型。在案例分析及理论模型构建基础上,指出应拓展服务创新主体,逐步完善图书馆服务创新制度,建立图书馆服务创新案例数据库。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The paper tries to explore the basic elements and mechanism of library service innovation in Chinese context. [Method/process] With the method of case study, content analysis and literature review, the paper introduces and comments the elements and characteristics of 32 winning programs of the China's 1st academic library service innovation case contest. [Result/conclusion] It constructs the theoretical mode of library service innovative system which contains core elements layer, internal motivation layer, external motivation layer and guarantee system layer. On the basis of case study and theoretical mode, some suggestions are present which include expending innovation subject, improving service innovation policies, and establishing library service innovation cases database.
