非用户视角下的研究型图书馆变革路径探析

[目的/意义]从非用户视角思考研究型图书馆创新改革问题,为研究型图书馆确立适应发展要求的战略、选择合理的变革路径提供参考。[方法/过程]通过对大量文献的调研,对主要用户大量流失的原因进行系统的分析,在此基础上提出可以供研究型图书馆选择的几种变革路径。[结果/结论]基本观点:用户与非用户之间可以相互转化,当前传统用户的大量流失需要引起学术界和图书馆界的高度重视,加大这方面的研究。对于非用户的研究需要与图书馆战略研究相配合,因此,图书馆战略研究成为解决此问题的关键点。图书馆必须提供与主要用户需求相匹配的服务,而不是期待用户改变以适应图书馆。通过加大对用户与非用户的研究,可以使决策者们对图书馆转型与变革的方向更加明晰;同样对非用户和用户的研究是图书馆战略研究不可或缺的组成部分,甚至是特别重要的关键点。因此,通过对非用户的研究,提供图书馆的变革路径,将具有重要的学术价值和现实意义。

[Purpose/significance] The paper discusses the innovation reform of research libraries from the perspective of non-users, to shed light on the development of strategies that are reasonable and keeping abreast of the times.[Method/process] Through extensive literature survey, the first of the major reasons for the loss of a large number of users were analyzed systematically, based on this proposed several changes in the path can be used for research libraries.[Result/conclusion] Users and non-users can be transformed into each other; a huge loss of current traditional users needs to attract attention for the academia and the library community to increase research in this area. Non-users of research needs to fit with library strategy research, therefore, the research of the library strategy has become a key point to solve this problem. Libraries must provide the main services that match user needs, rather than expecting users to change to accommodate the library. Through increased research on users and non-users, decision makers can make more clearly on the library transformation and change direction; meanwhile, research for non-users and users of the library will be an integral part of strategic research, even as the key point. Therefore, the study of non-users, to provide a path for the library will have an important academic value and practical significance.
