Study on the Effect of Big Data on the Process of Biomedical Information Service

[Purpose/significance] In order to help the biomedical information service adapting to the development of big data, the corresponding exploratory advices are promoted. [Method/process] The current research of the combina-tion between dig data and biomedicine is summarized. And several application examples are introduced. The corresponding change of medical information needs due to big data is pointed.It is analyzed that the big data has made effects on the each step during the process of data resource, acquisition, storage, organization, analysis and visualization etc. [Result/conclusion] The change in the every steps of the biomedical information services has occurred. The exploratory advices are stated in the end with respects to the idea, content, technique, talent, system and cooperation.
