[Purpose/significance] Library user information model is a clear description of the various aspects of the properties of users and their interaction with the library and it plays a foundation for the "user information as resources". [Method/process] Based on several "learner information model", this paper built a conceptual model of library user information. [Result/conclusion] If a library would release user information by LOD under the premise of protecting the privacy of users, more than knowledge production and service systems could take advantage of these extensions linked data resource discovery services to achieve the fundamental purpose of the information resources of library users.
