摘要

[目的/意义] 以现有研究成果为基础,从"新生"馆员具体工作入手,探讨国外元素养教育问题。[方法/过程] 通过内容分析法、案例分析法,对国外图书馆"新生"馆员招聘广告进行分析,对国外元素养教育所起到的作用进行剖析,探究国外元素养课程教育模式。[结果/结论] 认为必须糅合元素养,加强个性化、深入化、全面化、可循环化元素养教育建设,将信息素养"植入"学生脑海中,将元素养模式贯穿于日常学习生活中,逐步提高全民元素养能力。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] On the basis of existing research achievements, this paper starts with the specific job of the "First-year" librarian and explores the metaliteracy.education in the foreign countries.[Method/process] Through the content analysis and case analysis, it discusses the job list posting of the "first-year" librarian to dissect the role of the metaliteracy in students' studying life and explores the education mode of the metaliteracy course.[Result/conclusion] It proposes that the library should mix the the metaliteracy to daily life, strengthen the development of the individual, pervasive, comprehensive and recyclable metaliteracy courses, embed the information literacy into students' minds, in order to improve the metaliteracy of the entire people step by step.
