摘要

[目的/意义]云图书馆集合了新兴的信息技术,提供了更广更海量的信息资源,而其IT能力直接决定了云图书馆的服务质量,因而对其IT能力进行系统分析和评价就显得十分必要。[方法/过程]从云图书馆基本运作流程角度论述移动互联网环境下云图书馆IT能力的内涵并对其特征进行解析,同时对其组成结构进行维度划分,运用改进型的可拓评价方法对其进行综合性评价。[结果/结论]可拓评价方法可以综合评价云图书馆IT能力;根据评价结果可针对性地对图书馆IT能力指标进行改进,以提升其整体IT能力。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Based on the emerging information technology, the cloud library provides a broader mass of information resources, and its IT capability directly determines the service quality, so the related IT capability analysis and evaluation is very necessary. [Method/process] From the point of the cloud library's operation flow, this paper summarizes the connotation of IT capability under the mobile Internet environment. Then analyzes its structure, and takes it as the evaluation index system. Finally, the IT capability is evaluated by using the modified extension method.[Result/conclusion] Studies suggest that the evaluation method can comprehensively evaluate the IT capability of the cloud library, and can improve the IT capability index according to the evaluation results, and strengthen the whole IT capability.
