摘要

[目的/意义] 多样化的科研成果、数字化的出版方式、网络化的科研交流呼唤新的机构影响力评价指标,探讨Altmetrics指标与传统科研机构影响力评价指标以及Altmetrics指标内部之间的相关性,有益于更好地探索数字环境下如何更加客观、有效地开展科研机构影响力评价。[方法/过程]以 Plum Analytics为数据源,基于样本机构2012-2015年间的引用数据与Altmetrics数据,开展指标之间的相关性分析。[结果/结论] 多元化的Altmetrics指标可反映多维化的机构影响力信息,故应当引入Altmetrics指标以全面审视机构影响力;指标数据源的属性在一定程度上决定了指标所反映的信息性质;要因评价对象的不同而遴选适宜的评价指标;对Altmetrics指标分类需作小范围调整。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] All the diversified scientific achievements, digital publishing forms and networked scientific communication methods call for new indicators used to evaluate institution influence. With the purpose of exploring a more objective and more efficient way to evaluate institution influence, this paper discusses the correlation between Altmetrics indicators and traditional indicators used to evaluate the influence of scientific institutions, as well as internal Altmetrics indicators. [Method/process] Using Plum Analytics as the data source, based on the institution's citation data from 2012 to 2015, as well as Altmetrics data, we carry out the correlation analysis between the indicators. [Result/conclusion] Results show that diversified Altmetrics indicators can reflect the multidimensional information of institution influence. In order to evaluate institution influence comprehensively, Altmetrics indicators should be introduced. At the same time, it finds that the attributes of data sources determine the nature of Altmetrics indicators to some extent, and we should consider different evaluation objects and then choose different evaluation indicators. What's more, the classification of Altmetrics indicators needs to make an adjustment in a small scale.
