摘要

[目的/意义]探索应用文献计量学方法进行高技术产业SWOT战略分析的一般方法。[方法/过程]设计文献计量分析指标体系,并应用这种方法,结合定性分析内容,对我国农药快速检测技术行业进行SWOT战略分析的实证研究。[结果/结论]实证研究表明,本文所提出的文献计量指标能够较准确地评价特定高技术产业的技术实力和竞争态势,与定性资料相结合可有效地开展行业发展SWOT分析,降低分析的主观性,有助于促进科学决策。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] In order to improve the SWOT analysis in strategy study of high-tech industries and give a more appropriate reflection on the competitive situation of the high-tech industry, this paper explored and proposed a general method framework which could apply the bibliometric approach systematically in the SWOT analysis of high-tech Industries.[Method/process] It includes presenting the factors of strengths, weaknesses in relation to bibliometrics and giving an indicator system. An empirical study was carried out on the industry of rapid detection of pesticide employing this method and a qualitative analysis simultaneously. [Result/conclusion]It is concluded from the empirical study that the bibliometric indicators could be used to evaluate the technology capacity and competitive situation of a high-tech industry exactly and used to give a SWOT analysis with the supplement of qualitative information. The proposed method could reduce the subjectivity of SWOT analysis and promote the scientific decision.
