[目的/意义]农家书屋信息化升级模式的建立将极大促进农家书屋工程顺利进行,为农家书屋工程建设提供参照,从而保障农家书屋长久健康的运行。[方法/过程]基于对农家书屋信息化建设方面的国家主导、浅层设置、被动提升、模糊定性和内容统一等模式的分析,指出其存在的主要问题并提出转变的思路。[结果/结论]各地领导应提高对农家书屋信息化建设的认识,转变思路、克服等、靠、要思想,变被动为主动;农家书屋信息化建设发展模式应向地方自发、科学规划、自觉建设、科学考量和因地制宜等方向转变,在新的历史条件下创造性地开展工作,为广大农民搭建起一个知识平台、信息平台、脱贫致富的平台。

[Purpose/significance] The establishment of rural library informatization transformation mode will greatly promote the rural library project, and provides reference for rural library construction, to ensure rural library healthy run for a long time.[Method/process] Based on the analysis of construction mode of rural library informatization which is led by the state, arranged with shallow layer, enhanced passively, defined intangibly and unified with content, this paper points out the main existing problems and puts forward the idea of change.[Result/conclusion] Local leaders should improve the awareness of the rural library informatzation construction, change the idea and overcome the thoughts, change from passively to actively. The construction and development mode should be formed spontaneous in local, planned scientifically, constructed consciously, considered scientifically, and adjusted measures to local conditions. It is better to set up a platform of knowledge, a platform of information and a platform which can help the majority of farmers to get rid of poverty and become better off, in the new historical conditions creative work.
