[目的/意义]针对目前我国农家书屋信息化升级建设的问题,对农家书屋信息共享平台建设情况进行调研分析与探讨,并提出解决问题的策略,旨在推动农家书屋的信息化建设与发展,提升农家书屋的信息化服务质量和效果。[方法/过程]通过对辽宁省农家书屋信息化建设情况的调研分析,提出升级农家书屋信息共享平台的建设框架,从硬件设备增置和软件环境搭建两方面入手,将物联网技术和海量信息资源引入到农家书屋的建设中,对传统的以纸质为主的农家书屋馆藏方式进行变革与创新。[结果/结论]信息共享平台建设是农家书屋信息化升级建设和与时俱进发展所必须的,相关部门应予以高度重视,成功破解信息资源共享平台建设的难题,走出一条低成本、高效益的农家书屋建设发展之路。

[Purpose/significance] In view of the current problem of rural libraries upgrade informatization construction in China, this paper carries out analysis and discussion on the construction of rural library information sharing platform and puts forward the solution, to promote the construction and development of rural library informatization and improve the quality and effect of rural library information service.[Method/process] Through the investigation and research analysis on the construction of rural libraries informatization in Liaoning province, this paper proposes to upgrade the construction framework of rural library information sharing platform, introduce the networking technology and massive information resources into rural library construction from two aspects of acquiring the hardware device and building software environment, reform and innovate the traditional rural library collection based on paper collection.[Result/conclusion] It is necessary to construct information sharing platform for upgrade construction and advance the development of rural library informatization. Relevant departments should pay more attention on information resources sharing platform construction and successfully solve the problem, to explore a low-cost and high-efficiency way of rural library construction and development.
