摘要

[目的/意义]了解我国高校毕业季图书馆开展读者数据留存活动概况,总结其特点,分析所存在的问题,探讨高校毕业季图书馆开展此类活动的有效策略。[方法/过程]通过调研高校图书馆网站、微信、微博,结合文献研究,了解高校毕业季图书馆开展读者数据留存活动的形式和内容。[结果/结论]在调研基础之上,分析目前高校图书馆开展读者数据留存活动的不足之处,并提出注重细节服务、增加公开度、保存和挖掘读者数据、致力于创新的建议,以保障活动连贯、有效开展。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to understand the status of readers' date retention activities in the graduation season, summarize the characteristics, analyze the problems, and explore the effective suggestions on activities.[Method/process]Based on the analysis and investigation of university library website, WeChat and Weibo, combined with the relevant literature research, this paper grasps the forms and contents of readers' date retention activities.[Result/conclusion]By analyzing the results of the survey, this paper analyzes the problems on readers' date retention activities. In order to keep the activity successive and effective, it puts forward some suggestions which include elaborating service details, increasing openness, saving and mining date and insisting on creation.
