[目的/意义]MOOC建设存在诸多利益相关者,从利益相关者的角度探讨图书馆如何与这些MOOC利益相关者合作,有助于提升其MOOC服务水平。[方法/过程]立足利益相关者理论,剖析MOOC的诸多利益相关者,指出图书馆与MOOC利益相关者合作具有可行性,可在MOOC的宣传推广、MOOC课程制作的支持、MOOC课程学习的支持、MOOC学习行为的研究、MOOC课程的开发、MOOC平台的建设方面开展合作,并通过培养合作意识、健全合作机制、组建专业队伍、构建合作联盟来实现图书馆与MOOC利益相关者在MOOC服务中的合作。[结果/结论]图书馆与MOOC利益相关者之间的合作既能促进MOOC的可持续发展,也能提升图书馆的MOOC服务水平。

[Purpose/significance]There are many stakeholders in the process of MOOC construction. This paper analyzes how library can cooperate with these MOOC stakeholders from the perspective of stakeholders, to effectively enhance the MOOC service level. [Method/process] Based on the stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes the MOOC stakeholders and points out that the common interest can promote the feasible cooperation. They can cooperate in the promotion of MOOC, support of MOOC production, support of MOOC study, research on MOOC learning behavior, development of MOOC course and construction of MOOC platform. There are four countermeasures to realize the cooperation in MOOC service, which include cultivating cooperation sense, perfecting cooperation mechanism, building professional team and establishing cooperation alliance. [Result/conclusion]Cooperation between library and MOOC stakeholders can both promote the sustainable development of MOOC and improve the level of library MOOC service.
