摘要

[目的/意义] 建立高校图书馆馆员参与创客空间构建意愿影响因素模型,针对高校图书馆建立创客空间提出建议。[方法/过程] 通过相关文献阅读与问卷调查相结合的研究方法,利用扎根理论对调研所获得的资料进行整理与分析,从而建立影响因素模型。[结果/结论] 影响高校图书馆馆员参与构建创客空间意愿的因素主要可以划分为3个范畴,分别为:参与态度、参与规范和参与知觉行为。馆员参与态度是高校图书馆馆员参与创客空间构建意愿的内驱动力;馆员参与规范是高校图书馆馆员参与建立创客空间构建的外驱动力;馆员参与知觉行为是高校图书馆馆员参与创客空间构建的情景动力。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] This paper aims at establishing a model of influence factors of university librarians' participation willingness in building the maker space to improve the relevant suggestions of constructing the maker space in universities.[Method/process] By reading the relevant literature and questionnaire survey, and using the grounded theory, this paper analyzed the influence factors of creating the maker space.[Result/conclusion] The attitude of the university library management personnel is the inner driving force in creating the maker space; librarians' participation specification is the outer diving force in the participation of university librarians in constructing the maker space; librarians' perceived behavioral management is the driving force of this situation.
