[目的/意义]在图书馆技术发展史上,图书馆员受到技术采纳本身的压力和应对技术革新后服务环境变化的间接压力,图书馆员工作满意度和组织绩效均因此受到一定影响。梳理图书馆技术发展中各个阶段的技术压力的特点、原因和解决对策非常必要。[方法/过程]对国内外文献中有关图书馆技术压力的研究进行初步综述,探究图书馆员技术压力随着技术变革的变化和解决对策。[结果/结论]技术应该成为图书馆发展的工具,而非解决图书馆所有问题的法宝。妥善处理馆员的技术压力问题,用好新技术,将有助于改变用户对图书馆的印象,改善图书馆的形象,提升图书馆的竞争力。
[Purpose/significance] In the history of library technology development, librarians suffer the direct stress from the technology and the indirect stress from the change of working environment. The technostress may affect the job satisfaction and organizational performance. So it is necessary to analyze the features, causes and solutions of technostress at different stages of library technology development. [Method/process] This paper reviews the related literature to explore the changes and solutions of librarian's technostress. [Result/conclusion] Technology should become a tool rather than the solution for all problems in library. Managing librarian's technostress carefully, along with the good implement of new technology, will contribute to change users' impression on the library, improve the image of the library and promote its competitiveness.
