摘要

[目的/意义] 新信息技术用户持续使用行为是用户信息行为研究中一个重要的研究领域,系统概括移动商务用户持续使用行为研究现状能够为国内学者开展相关研究提供有益参考。[方法/过程] 以国内外文献调研与分析为基础,厘清移动商务用户持续使用行为的基础理论及影响因素。[结果/结论] ①计划行为理论、技术接受模型、期望确认模型等理论与模型是现有研究的理论基础;②影响移动商务用户持续使用行为的因素包括用户个人因素、移动商务自身因素、外部因素及多方面综合因素;③现有研究还存在着部分研究样本数量及代表性不够、大多采用截面研究方法、影响因素局限在认知范畴等不足。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The continuance behavior of new information technology is an important theme of the research on users' information behavior, and reviewing the empirical studies on users' continuance behaviors of mobile commerce can provide a reference for Chinese scholars about related studies. [Method/process] Based on collecting and analyzing the existing literatures, this paper relates the basic theories and affecting factors about users' continuance behavior of mobile commerce. [Result/conclusion] The results show that the theories and models applied to investigate the affecting factors include TPB, TAM and ECM;The mobile commerce factors, the factors of users, the external factors, and the multi-perspective factors are the main factors affecting users' continuance behavior of mobile commerce;the extant research suffers some limitations, such as small sample size and weak representativeness, the use of cross sections research method and selection of affecting factors form the cognitive perspective.
