摘要

[目的/意义]针对新时期高校图书馆信息服务慕课化的大趋势,引入新思维、新理念,提出新模式,以推动高校图书馆信息服务转型升级,增强现实价值。[方法/过程]采取高校图书馆官网优选调查与专业研究文献相结合的数据收集方案,应用案例实证研究的方法进行多案例、多层次的数据分析,凝练归纳出新模式并与国内外实践案例匹配复证,得到有力的案例数据支撑。[结果/结论]高校图书馆"3+2+1"慕课化信息服务的新模式包括3项基础服务、2项核心服务和1项深度服务,基础性的服务模式易于实施和见效,核心的服务模式是关键也是难点和重点,深度的服务模式需要资源积淀和团队实力。结合每种模式枚举的丰富实用的国内外高校图书馆慕课化信息服务实践案例,可为新时期高校图书馆开展慕课化信息服务提供务实的有可操作性的参考借鉴。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] In the present trend of MOOCs development in new period, new idea and concept is introduced, new function is proposed, to drive the transformation and promotion of information service in university libraries and reinforce the reality value.[Method/process] Based on the data collected through an optimization investigation of university libraries and professional research literatures, a multi-level data analysis is made with case study method. The concisely summarized new pattern is further compared and matched with the practical cases at home and abroad in order that the proposed new pattern is adequately supported.[Result/conclusion] The new pattern of "3+2+1" MOOCs information service in university library includes three basic services, two core services and one in-depth service. The basic service is easy to implement and effective, the core service is crucial, important and most difficult, and the in-depth service requires the accumulative resources and team capabilities. It is hoped that the new pattern presented and the abundant practical cases listed can provide a feasible reference framework for MOOCs information service in university libraries in new era.
