[目的/意义]通过对香港地区高校图书馆校友服务现状进行调查分析,总结香港高校图书馆校友服务的先进经验,为完善内地高校图书馆校友服务提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]以香港教资会资助下的八大高校图书馆校友服务为样本,通过网络调查法就其图书馆主页校友专栏导航及校友服务具体内容下的阅读卡服务、借书卡服务、设备服务、电子资源服务等方面进行调查、分析与总结。[结果/结论]根据调查结果,论述香港地区高校图书馆在校友服务方面对内地高校图书馆的启示。
[Purpose/significance] Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of Hong Kong University Library Alumni Service, this paper summarizes their advanced experience and provides reference for the improvement of the mainland University Library Alumni Service.[Method/process] Taking Library Alumni Service of eight universities funded by Hong Kong UGC as a sample, this paper investigates, analyses and summarizes the aspects of reading card service, borrower's card service, equipment service and electronic resources service under the alumni column navigation and specific alumni service content on the library homepage through on-line survey.[Result/conclusion] This paper expounds the enlightenment of alumni service of Hong Kong University Libraries to that of mainland universities libraries according to the survey results.
