[目的/意义] 总结与探讨地方综合性大学学科馆员绩效考评的原则与流程,为地方综合性大学学科馆员建立科学合理的考评制度提供参考。[方法/过程] 从确立评价原则、成立考评小组和完善考评步骤3个方面总结学科馆员绩效考评的流程,以广西师范大学图书馆为例,分别从服务能力、服务内容、服务方式和服务效果4个方面剖析学科馆员绩效考评指标体系和实施细则。[结果/结论] 在建立本馆的学科馆员绩效考评指标体系过程中,必须充分考虑图书馆所处的环境不同以及开展学科服务所经历的阶段差异,建立适合自身特点的考评体系,以更好地推动学科服务的开展。
[Purpose/significance] By Summing up and discussing the principles and procedures of the performance evaluation of subject librarians in local comprehensive universities, we manage to provide a reference for the establishment of the scientific and rational evaluation system for subject librarians. [Method/process] This article expounded the flow of the performance evaluation of the subject librarians from three aspects: establishing the principle of the evaluation, organizing the evaluation team and improving the evaluation steps. Taking the library of Guangxi Normal University as an example, we analyzed the performance evaluation index system and its detailed rules for subject librarians from the four factors: service capacity, service content, service mode and service effect. [Result/conclusion] The thorough consideration must be granted to the differences of each library environment and the diversities of the subject service phases during the very process of the establishment of the evaluation system. By doing so, we could establish our library subject librarian performance evaluation index system suiting our own characteristics, and offer better services.
