摘要

[目的/意义]提出一种基于五要素模型的标准采用影响力评价方法,实现对标准影响力的定量测度。[方法/过程]五要素模型标准采用影响力评价方法从采用强度、采用效度、采用广度、采用粘度和转化速度5个维度来评价标准采用的影响力,使用此方法开展2006-2015年ISO标准对我国推荐性国家标准的采用影响力评价分析。[结果/结论]五要素模型作为定量测度标准文献采用影响力的方法,具有评价指标全面、可量化的优点,能够较全面、客观地反映标准采用影响力的相关要素。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] One standard adopted by other standards is one of the main ways to reflect its influence. This paper proposes a new bibliometric method to measure the influence of the standard document named "five factors model" which can be used in standardization. [Method/process] The "five factors model" can main measure the five factors including strength,validity,range,viscosity and speed. This paper uses the "five factors model" to measure the influence of ISO standards for the GB/T standards during the year 2006 to 2015.[Result/conclusion] The five factor model has the advantages of comprehensive evaluation and quantitative evaluation, which can reflect the relative factors of influence factors comprehensively and objectively. Five factor model can be used as a quantitative measure of the influence of the standard methods.
