摘要

[目的/意义] 通过比较研究ACRL奖励计划与中国图书馆界奖项，提出中国图书馆学会奖励体系构建设想，为我国图书馆界奖励计划的构建与发展提供参考。[方法/过程] 调查了ACRL设立的19个奖项，以及中国图书馆学会等11个机构设立的奖项，深入分析ACRL奖项与中国图书馆界奖项的异同点。[结果/结论] 提出中国图书馆学会奖励体系构建的总体设计思路：成立奖项管理委员会，加强管理制度建设；组建奖项评审委员会，规范奖项评审工作；适时设立新奖项，完善奖项体系；建立奖项网站，做好奖项相关宣传。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Through the comparative study of ACRL awards program and Chinese library awards, this paper puts forward the constructing idea on the library Library Society of China(LSC) awards system, to provide the reference for the construction and development of Chinese library awards program.[Method/process] It investigates 19 awards set up by ACRL and awards established by 11 institutions such as LSC. Then it deeply analyzes the differences and similarities between ACRL awards and Chinese library awards.[Result/conclusion] It puts forward the overall design thinking for LSC awards system, which includes setting up the award management committee and strengthening the construction of management system, establishing the award evaluation committee and making the awards appraisal work standardly, setting up new awards timely and perfecting the award system, constructing the awards website and completing the award related publicity.
