摘要

[目的/意义] 数据管理计划作为科研数据管理的一份纲领性文件，对规范数据管理过程、制定数据标准具有重要作用。借鉴英国的实践经验，对提升国内科研数据管理效率、促进科研数据开放共享具有重要意义。[方法/过程] 数据管理计划在英国基金机构的科研数据管理过程中得到广泛应用，通过网络调研和文献调研的方法，对英国主要的9个基金机构的数据管理计划实践情况进行分析和总结。[结果/结论] 国内基金机构可以从需求管理、机构合作、政策法规、基础设施建设以及成本预算等方面开展数据管理计划，促进我国科研数据开放共享。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Data Management Plan (DMP) as a framework file of research data management, plays a significant role in guiding and standardizing the process of data management. We refer to the UK practice experiences, which has great meanings in improving the efficiency of data management and promoting the opening and sharing of research data. [Method/process] DMP has been applied widely among the UK fund institutions. Through Internet and literature research, we summed up the experiences of DMP practicing among the 9 main fund institutions of UK. [Result/conclusion] The fund institutions at home can conduct DMP from the perspectives of the requirement management, the institution cooperation, the policy and regulation, the construction of infrastructure and the cost budget to promote the opening and sharing of research data.
