[目的/意义]为图书馆从开放课件资源到开放教育资源的建设与服务提供基于事实的研究案例，构建以开放课件为代表的科技创新教育资源共享平台，推动图书馆资源建设与服务模式的创新发展。[方法/过程]采用经验总结法，总结开放课件资源建设与服务的关键问题，并从资源采集与组织机制、数据加工与服务功能、数据关联与系统集成等方面提出思考与建议。[结果/结论]课件资源采集与系统建设是开放课件资源建设与服务的重要方式，通过有效方式将高质量的开放课件进行系统采集、规范登记、合理组织以及本地保存，并在尊重知识产权的前提下，利用开放课件资源集成服务平台为用户进行交流学习、创新研究提供强有力的支撑。

[Purpose/significance] The purpose of this paper is to provide research case based on facts for the libraries' construction and service of open courseware resources, promote the communication of the important open education resources and push the innovation and development of the resources construction and service model of libraries. [Method/process] It uses the experience summary method, summarizing up the key problems of the construction and service of open courseware resources, analyzing the existing problems and deficiencies and putting forward some reflections and suggestions from the resources collection and organization mechanism, data processing and service functions, data connection and system integration. [Result/conclusion] The acquisition and system construction are the important way of the construction and service of open courseware resources. The construction and serviece model of open courseware resources can collect, register, reasonably organize and locally preserve the high quality open coursewares through efficient ways. The open courseware resources integration service platform provides strong support for users to communicate learning, research and innovation on the premise of respect for intellectual property rights.
