Analysis of How Libraries at the Grass-root Level to Promote the Social Capital Formation: Taking Heshun Library as an Example

[目的/意义] 针对基层地域中图书馆的角色、社会资本水平以及社群构成的特殊性，识别并验证基层图书馆促进社会资本生成的条件、作用和过程。[方法/过程] 通过对用户的深度访谈、图书馆服务和用户活动的参与观察及整理相关文件来收集数据，在此基础上进行数据分析和归纳。[结果/结论] 研究发现，基层图书馆通过促成基层地域中社群融合、资源配置、人际交换、建立信任、社会空间、加速凝聚、资源建设、文化传承、本土教育等相关条件的实现，逐渐发挥参与和交流聚集地、社会资源整合工具以及本土化标识构建的作用，最终在普遍信任、社会凝聚力、积极参与、地域归属感和情感认同的作用机制下促进社会资本的有效生成。

[Purpose/significance] In view of the role of library, social capital level and the special nature of the community at the grass-root level, to identify and verify the condition, function and process of libraries at the grass-root level to promote the social capital formation. [Method/process] Adopt the in-depth interviews with users, the participation and observation of library services and user activities and collate relevant documents to collect research data, to draw the conclusion through the data analysis and induction. [Result/conclusion] The study found that through promoting community integration, regional grassroots in the allocation of resources, interpersonal exchange, building trust, construction of social space, accelerated cohesion, resource construction, cultural heritage, local education and other related conditions, libraries at the grass-root level could gradually play the roles of participation and communication together, the integration of social resources and localization tool identification. Finally, the effective generation of social capital is promoted through the mechanism of general trust, social cohesion, active participation, regional sense of belonging and emotional identity.
