[目的/意义] 分析总分馆服务模式对开展阅读推广活动的推动作用，介绍大连少儿馆依托总分馆服务模式开展的主题阅读活动，为公共图书馆开展儿童阅读推广活动提供可以借鉴的经验。[方法/过程] 采用深度访谈法，了解大连少儿馆总分馆服务模式的实践现状。该馆构建了政策、资金和管理三位一体的总分馆服务模式，搭建了全民阅读推广的少儿阅读平台，开展了系列主题阅读活动，包括彩虹桥阅读（包括馆内品牌系列阅读推广活动和总分馆联动阅读推广活动）和数字扶贫两大主题。[结果/结论] 总分馆服务能够充分发挥总馆对各级分馆的文献资源保障和阅读引导作用，也为开展对西部贫困地区的阅读帮扶创造了条件。
[Purpose/significance] This paper analyzes the national reading activity's driving effect of the main-branch library service mode and introduces the reading activities in the Children Library of Dalian City which depends on this mode, in order to put forward feasible suggestions for public libraries to develop national reading activities.[Method/process] Using the method of in-depth interview, the paper introduced the present situation of the main-branch library service mode of the Children Library of Dalian City. Based on the main-branch library service system's trinity mode, the library established the children's global sharing service platform and carried out a series of reading activities that had two main topics. One topic was the rainbow bridge reading which included the reading promotion activities such as those of library's branding promotion and the collaboration of main-branch libraries. The other was the digital poverty alleviation.[Result/conclusion] The main-branch library service helps to guarantee document resources and exert reading guidance effects for branch libraries, which also creates the conditions of the reading mechanism helping western poverty-stricken zones.
