[目的/意义] 空间句法理论为高校图书馆建筑空间研究引入了新的视角和理论支持，从空间构型角度为图书馆内部空间在可达性方面的效能评价提供一种客观、量化、图示化的手段，相关空间优化法则也将对今后高校图书馆空间再造及创新设计提供指导。[方法/过程] 在调研高校图书馆读者使用情况的基础上，确定空间句法研究的可达性指标构成，利用凸空间划分技术以及Depthmap软件，从整合度、进入深度、疏散深度3个变量数据对样本图书馆整体空间可达性、进入可达性与疏散可达性3方面展开分析，并通过使用行为协同研究比较验证空间句法理论及其技术实施的可行性。[结果/结论] 句法变量的整合度与深度值能理性且清晰表达图书馆建筑内部空间布局特征，从而深层次揭示影响可达性的空间组织关系。

[Purpose/significance] Space syntax has brought a new perspective and theoretical support for the research on building-spaces in academic libraries. From the view of spatial configuration, it provides an objective, quantitative and graphical means for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the interior space of libraries,and the relevant spatial optimization rules will also give guidance for the future reconstruction and innovation design of academic library spaces.[Method/process] The accessibility index composition of spatial syntax was determined by the investigation of the reader usage.Combined the convex space partition technology with the Depthmap software,the building-space accessibility of the sample library which consists of integral accessibility, entry accessibility and evacuation accessibility was analyzed from three variables including the degree of integration, the entry depth and the evacuation depth. Then the comparison of the results with use collaborative research verified the feasibility of the implementation of the space syntax theory and technology.[Result/conclusion] The syntactic variables of integration and depth can express the characteristics of the spatial layout of the academic library building rationally and clearly,so as to utterly reveal the spatial relations impacting accessibility.
