专利GEM-S技术竞争力模型的构建及实证研究——以闽、粤两省电动汽车为例

摘要

[目的/意义] 通过技术专利研究产业集群技术竞争力,全面分析和评价产业集群的技术核心点,为产业集群的研究提供新思路。[方法/过程] 在传统GEM模型基础上进行改进,以技术专利为核心,将产业环境作为单因素加入专利GEM模型中,形成专利GEM-S技术竞争力模型,对新能源电动汽车技术专利进行评价。[结果/结论] 专利GEM-S技术竞争力模型不仅专注于产业集群技术竞争力的发展,而且从宏观和微观相结合的视角研究产业集群技术竞争力,能全面地认识产业集群的技术竞争力。引入产业环境作为核心单因素,弥补了专利研究方法上的不足,为技术专利的研究提供了新思路。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Through the technology patent to research the industrial cluster competitiveness, the aim of this paper is not only for the technical emphasis of the industrial cluster to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation, butalso for providing a new train of thoughts for the study of the industrial cluster.[Method/process] Based on the traditional GEM mode,this paper treated the patent technology as the core, put the industrial environment as a single factor model into the patent GEM, and formed the Patent GEM-S technology competitiveness modelto evaluate new energy electric vehicle technology patents.[Result/conclusion] Patent GEM-S technology competitiveness model not only focuses on the technological competitiveness of the industrial cluster, but also studies the technical competitiveness of the industrial cluster from the micro and macro perspectives to fully understand the technical competitiveness of the industrial cluster. The industrial environment as a core single factor also makes up for the lack of patent research methods for technical patents to provide a new way of thinking.
