[目的/意义] 对arXiv实施的可持续发展计划、运营与管理模式进行剖析，以期对我国2016年成立的"中国科学院科技论文预发布平台（ChinaXiv）"在管理运营方式、服务、发展等方面提供借鉴。[方法/过程] 对arXiv实施的可持续发展计划中采用的管理与经营模式、执行路径图进行详细剖析。[结果/结论] arXiv可持续发展计划强调从外部获取资金资助，成员费用是根据下载文章数量计算的机构排名，筹资方式透明化。在科学咨询委员会和成员咨询委员会代表成员机构利益和对用户的需求调研情况下，来源于实际的系统发展、升级等方面的意见值得借鉴。且arXiv开始关注与其他机构知识库的互操作性，这种思想也值得我国在运营ChinaXiv时考虑。
[Purpose/significance]Dissectionon arXiv Sustainability Initiative governance and business model hopes that it can provide helpful experiences to ChinaXiv lauched in 2016 in the aspects of governance and business model, services and development and so on. [Method/process]This paper dissects the governance, business model and roadmaps adopted by arXiv's Sustainability Initiative in detail.[Result/conclusion]The arXiv Sustainability Initiative emphasizes funding from external sources, membership fees are based on an institutional ranking calculated according to the number of articles downloaded and financing method is transparent. Under the circumstances that Scientific Advisory Board and Member Advisory Board represent the interests of member institutions and investigation of the user needs, the suggestions of system development, upgrades and other aspects from the actual arewell worth learning and drawing upon. And the idea that arXiv begins to pay attention to the interoperability with other institutional repositories is also worthy of our considering in the operation of ChinaXiv.
