[目的/意义] 通过对英国30所大学图书馆残疾读者服务进行研究,总结出其对我国大学图书馆残疾读者服务的启示。[方法/过程] 运用网络调查法、电子邮件调查法和统计分析法,从网站导航建设、无障碍设施、额外援助、注册制度和辅助意见反馈5个方面对所选30所英国大学图书馆残疾读者服务的概况进行深入细致的分析。[结果/结论] 认为我国大学图书馆可从中获得的启示有:图书馆馆员应增强残疾读者服务意识;图书馆网站应增加残疾读者服务信息;图书馆应该根据具体情况逐渐配置多种残疾读者辅助设施和增开面向残疾读者的服务项目;图书馆要重视对残疾读者信息的搜集;图书馆要从政府和学校获取更多资金支持。
[Purpose/significance] By analyzing and researching the services for disabled readers of thirty university libraries in the UK, this paper sums up its enlightenment to the services for disabled readers in university libraries in China. [Method/process] This paper conducted deep and meticulous analysis in terms of website construction, barrier-free facilities, additional assistances for disabled students, registration systems and suggestion feedbacks through the investigation of the Internet, e-mails and methods of statistical analysis. [Result/conclusion] To improve college libraries' services, the college libraries in our country can enhance the service awareness of librarians, add service information for the disabled, allocate more assistance facilities and expand service programs, emphasize the collection of disabled readers' information and win over more funds from the government and colleges.
