[目的/意义] 2017年全国图书馆新型服务能力建设学术研讨会以"图书馆新型服务能力建设"为主题，重点探讨在创新驱动环境下图书馆新型服务能力建设的战略思考与创新实践。此次研讨会对加快图书馆从文献服务、信息服务向知识服务、智慧服务的延伸与深化具有重要的指导意义。[方法/过程] 基于10位国内图书馆服务领域专家学者与一线工作者的专题报告，探讨图书馆新型服务创新与能力提升的理论研究与实践经验。[结果/结论] 认为只有充分发挥图书馆资源、技术、空间、人才等多方面要素的作用，才能全面提升图书馆支撑教学、科研、管理、文化与社会发展的能力，增强图书馆的服务功能与服务效果。

[Purpose/significance] Academic Seminar on New Service Capability Construction of National Library was successfully held in Shenyang Normal University Library from 5th to 7th of May, 2017. With the theme of "new service capability construction of libraries", the symposium focuses on the strategic thinking and innovative practice of the construction of new service capacity of libraries under the environment of innovation driven. The achievements of the symposium have a strong guiding significance for the library to speed up the extension and deepening of literature services, information services to knowledge services and intelligent services.[Method/process] This article reviews special reports of 10 domestic experts and front-line workers in the field of library services, and sums up the theoretical study and practical experience in the new situation of the library to enhance service innovation and ability.[Result/conclusion] By making full use of library resources, technology, space, personnel and other factors, the ability of the library to support teaching and research, management, culture and social development can be enhanced, and the library service function and effect can be strengthened.
