[目的/意义]探究开放式创新社区创客知识共享的影响因素,对活跃社区知识共享氛围、提高企业创新能力具有重要意义。[方法/过程]基于社会交换理论构建开放式创新社区创客知识共享的影响因素模型,提出研究假设,采用问卷调查法收集数据,并利用结构方程模型进行假设验证和分析。[结果/结论]数据分析结果表明,助人愉悦感、物质利益、面子和声望等因素与开放式创新社区创客知识共享行为呈正向相关关系,知识所有权和感知知识权利丧失等因素与开放式创新社区创客知识共享行为呈负向相关关系。
[Purpose/significance] Exploring the influence factors of maker knowledge sharing in the open innovation community is of great significance to activate the community knowledge sharing atmosphere and improve enterprises' innovation ability. [Method/process] Based on the social exchange theory, we built a model of influence factors of maker knowledge sharing in the open innovation community. Then, we proposed some research hypotheses. We collected data by questionnaires, and used the structural equation model to verify and analyze the hypotheses. [Result/conclusion] The results of data analysis show that there is a positive correlation between the factors such as the sense of the happiness of helping others, material benefits, reputation, prestige and the open innovation community. The factors such as the loss of knowledge ownership and perceiving the loss of knowledge rights have a negative correlation with the open innovation community.
