高校图书馆情景敏感服务模式的理论基础解析

摘要

[目的/意义]高校图书馆情景敏感服务模式的构建是一项复杂的系统工程,探讨解析该服务模式的理论基础,可为服务的进一步开展与实施提供相应的理论依据和技术指导。[方法/过程]以相关性理论、社会认知观理论、情境学习理论、人机交互理论等为理论基础,深入解析情景敏感服务模式蕴含的系统角度相关性、用户角度相关性和情境观的相关性理论;从用户需求的社会认知分析、"以人为本"的服务系统设计、对用户需求满足与知识构建的支持等方面阐释情报学社会认知观理论对开展情景敏感服务提供的指导意义;情境学习理论以及泛在学习范式的形成为该服务的实现提供理论支撑;人机交互理论为情景敏感服务模式实现自然的人机交互和"以用户为中心"设计理念提供技术指导。[结果/结论]相关性理论、情境学习理论为情景敏感服务模式的开展提供理论依据,社会认知观理论为情景敏感服务的实施提供思想指导,人机交互理论为情景敏感服务的实现提供技术支撑。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] It is a complicate and systematic work to construct the context sensitive service in academic libraries. The discussion of its theoretic basis can provide fundamental and technological support for libraries to implement the context sensitive service. [Method/process] Based on the relevance theory, the social cognitive theory, the situational learning theory and human-computer interaction theory, the paper discussed that the context sensitive service synthesized the system relevance and the user relevance, and implicated the relevance of situational views. The social cognitive theory of information science provided guidance for carrying out the context sensitive service based on the social cognitive analysis of users' needs, the user-centered service system design and support for users' needs and knowledge construction. The situational learning theory and the ubiquitous learning paradigm provided the theoretical support for implementing the context sensitive service. The human-computer interaction theory provided the technology support for the context sensitive service to realize natural human-computer interaction.[Result/conclusion] The relevance theory and the situational learning theory provide theory evidence for the contexts ensitive service. The social cognitive theory provides the ideological guidance, and the human-computer interaction theory provides the technological support for the context sensitive service.
