[目的/意义]需求是服务创新的驱动力,资源是创新服务的基础,开展信息需求和可用资源分析,为科技成果的推广应用提供信息服务保障,是高技术研发应用的信息需求,也是图书馆服务创新的需要。[方法/过程]运用TRIZ的需求进化理论,分析科技成果推广过程中的信息需求特征及变化;通过资源分析方法,对图书馆内部和外部的可用资源进行分析;从图书馆的资源优势与服务优势出发,探讨图书馆在加快科技成果推广中的服务策略。[结果/结论]科技成果推广是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及的信息需求与资源种类众多。信息服务人员不仅需要经过专业技能的训练、提升技术产业情报研究能力,更需要在服务实践中探索新路子,不断增强服务能力,优化服务流程,创新服务手段,以提高服务水平和质量。
[Purpose/significance] Demand is the driving force of service innovation, and resources are the basis of innovative services. The analysis of the information needs and the available resources is an information service guarantee for the popularization and application of scientific and technological achievements, but also library service innovation. [Method/process] This paper used the TRIZ Need Theory to analyze the information needs in the process of the popularization and application of scientific and technological achievements, used the method of the source analysis to analyze the useful sources of library, and discussed the library service strategy of promoting the application of scientific and technological achievements. [Result/conclusion] The popularization of scientific and technological achievements is a complex-system engineering, involving a wide range of information needs and sources. The information service personnel not only need the professional skills training to strengthen the technical industry intelligence research ability, but also need to explore new ways in service practice, continuously enhance service capabilities, optimize service processes, and innovate means of services to improve service levels and quality.
