[Purpose/significance]Exploring the factors influencing college students' health information avoidance behavior under the electronic health environment, and constructing the related conceptual framework model can not only provide theoretical support for the social understanding of college students' health information avoidance behavior, but also provide some references for optimizing the college students' health information avoidance behavior. [Method/process]In this paper, we used the semi-structured interview method to collect the data of 28 college students' health information avoidance behavior, followed the steps of the research method of the grounded theory. We encoded and analyzed the data with the qualitative analysis software NVivo 11. The main influencing factors of college students' health information avoidance behavior were summed up, and the influencing factors model of the health information avoidance behavior was constructed. [Result/conclusion]It is found that psychological factors are the internal driving factors of college students' health information avoidance behavior, and the situational factors and the information factors are the external driving factors. Among them, the psychological factors are the most important driving factors of college students' health information avoidance behavior, and the situational factors are important driving factors, and the information factors are the key factors to drive the college students' health information avoidance behavior.
