[目的/意义]基于我国图书馆知识产权研究领域的发展现状、发展方向介绍《图书馆发展中的知识产权问题研究》一书。[方法/过程]运用比较分析、归纳演绎等方法，从研究方法、研究角度、研究过程等方面，评析该书的几个鲜明的特点；从理论价值、实践价值等方面，探讨该书的主要价值。[结果/结论]该书内容全面、观点新颖、论述严谨，是一部具有很高学术价值和指导意义的及时之作，发展图书馆知识产权理论研究，有力地指导图书馆界处理有关知识产权问题。

[Purpose/significance] Based on the development status and development direction of the intellectual property research field in the library of our country, we introduced the book Intellectual Property Issues in Library Development.[Method/process] Using comparative analysis, inductive deduction and other methods, from the aspects of research methods, research perspectives, and research processes, several distinct characteristics of the book are reviewed; the main values of the book are discussed in terms of theoretical value and practical value.[Result/conclusion] The book is comprehensive, fresh in perspective, and rigorous in its discussion. It is a timely work with high academic value and guiding significance. It develops theoretical research on library intellectual property and effectively guides the library community in dealing with intellectual property issues.
