摘要

[目的/意义]探索各个年龄段用户数字阅读使用意愿的影响因素,为数字阅读推广的个性化服务提供理论依据。[方法/过程]以"数字原住民"划分标准作为年龄分层的依据,以申农的信息传播模型和阅读心理学相关理论作为构建数字阅读使用意愿影响因素模型的基础,运用问卷调查和结构方程模型,分析影响数字阅读使用意愿的因素在年龄上的差异。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,数字阅读使用意愿的影响因素在年龄上存在差异;使用意愿受到信源特征、动机和信息内容特征等因素的影响;数字阅读推广服务可结合这些差异,为各个年龄层的读者提供个性化服务。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The paper explored the influencing factors of digital reading intention in all ages, and provided theoretical basis for personalized services of digital reading promotion.[Method/process] Taking the definition of "digital natives" as the basis for age stratification, and Shannon's information theory and related theories of reading psychology as the basis for constructing digital reading intention, the paper used questionnaire and the structural equation model to analyze the differences in age factors that affect the intention of digital reading.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the influence factors of digital reading intention are different in age, and the intention is affected by the characteristics of source, motivation and information content, then digital reading extension service can combine these differences to provide personalized services for readers of all ages.
